One of the most anticipated movies of 2024 is Joker 2 or Joker: Folie à Deux starring Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga in their iconic roles. To add on to the anticipation, Warner Bro released the official poster for Joker 2 on 2nd April.
The poster reveals the much-hyped film trailer would be released on April 9th, 2024 and the film itself would be released October 4th.
The poster features Joaquin Phoenix’s brooding Joker and Lady Gaga’s character Harley Quinn in a classic ballroom dancing pose, dressed elegantly in a black tuxedo and a white dress respectively, with their trademark clown makeup adding a touch of mystery. The caption, “The world is a stage,” hints at the theatricality and drama that audiences can expect from the film.
Joker 2 will witness the world famous chemistry between Joker and Harley Quinn. It is been also said that Joker 2 is going to be a partial musical which is the prime reason of casting Lady Gaga to play the iconic role of Harley. According to reports, Joker 2 will contain atleast 15 adaptations or covers of well known songs.
