The safest place to be in Nassau County on June 9 is at the stadium. “Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman described the event as a “Super Bowl on steroids,” expecting large crowds, especially from foreigners.
Blakeman emphasized that the county has been preparing for more than half a year and is dealing with safety and health issues related to such a large event. He emphasized the district’s serious approach to all threats and cooperation with federal agencies, including the FBI and Department of Homeland Security.
