Samsung announced several new devices today at its Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris, including the Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra. All these products are integrated with Galaxy AI to improve digital health and provide a personalized user experience. All these devices also offer 24/7 health monitoring and are convenient to use.
Samsung Galaxy Ring: Specifications, Features
The Samsung Galaxy Ring is the latest product from Samsung that offers a simple approach to everyday well-being. Its lightweight structure ranges from 2.3 grams to 3.0 grams, with 10 ATM water resistance and a Titanium grade 5 finish. Samsung claims the ring lasts up to seven days on a single charge.
The Galaxy Ring can be controlled with the Samsung Health app, and with Galaxy AI it can track your sleep, heart and breathing data, menstrual cycle, and skin temperature. The ring also offers health and wellness tips and real-time heart rates. In addition, you can simply double-tap to take photos or dismiss an alarm on Galaxy smartphones.
The Galaxy Ring is available for pre-order starting today and will be on general sale starting July 24th. There is no word on the launch of the Galaxy Ring in India.
Galaxy Watch 7, Watch Ultra: Specifications, Features
The Galaxy Watch 7 series features many new health features powered by Samsung’s advanced AI algorithm. First, the Galaxy Watch 7 series is available in two sizes, 40mm and 44mm (and builds on the advanced health monitoring features of the Galaxy Watch Ultra.
The Ultra model has padding that provides additional protection from the titanium frame of Grade 4 and 10 ATM, water resistance This supports extreme fitness tracking, including multi-court training and cycling power measurement. The Ultra model also has an emergency siren, a night mode for readability, and a maximum brightness of 3000 nits. Samsung claims it can deliver up to 100 hours of battery life in power-saving mode.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra is available in 47 mm in Titanium Grey, Titanium White, and Titanium Silver. All new Samsung Galaxy smartwatches run Wear OS 5 and will be available for pre-order in select markets from July 10th and generally available from July 24th.
