OnePlus, a popular Chinese phone brand launched the new OnePlus 12, OnePlus 12R and the OnePlus Buds 3 after the OnePlus 11 Series in India on January 23, 2024 after its first launch in China on December 5, 2023. Both the Phones come with the latest OxygenOS 14 based on Android 14 giving a stiff competition to the latest launch of Samsung S24 Series.
The OnePlus 12 sets a new benchmark in Smartphone Technology as it features a 6.82 inch LTPS AMOLED display screen with refresh rate of 120 Hz and pinnacle brightness of 4.500 nits. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset supporting 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and Near Field Communication (NFC). The device is supported with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It features a 50 megapixel Sony Sensor, an 8 megapixels ultrawide lens and a 2 megapixels macro lens. It offers a 16 megapixels front lens for selfies. The device is backed by a 5,500mAH battery and comes with a 100W charger. It is priced at Rs. 39,999 for 8GB/128G version and Rs. 45,999 for 16GB/256GB version.
The OnePlus Buds 3 offers a new audio experience with 10.4mm woofer and 6mm tweeter offering a frequency range of 15 Hz to 40 Hz. They feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) of up to 49dB. The OnePlus Buds are claimed to have 6.5 hours of battery life with ANC and up to 10 hours of battery life with ANC off. The charging case can provide 21.5 hours or 34 hours of playback time depending on ANC. The Buds come with water splash and dust resistant IP55. There are two color variations available in Splendid Blue and Metallic Grey. It is priced at Rs. 5,499.
